- 1. Definition of the subject: 1.1. The subject of the proceedings is the task covered by the order: Purchase of a generator with a transport set as the implementation of tasks in the field of population protection and civil defense in the Kurywka Commune. 1.1.1. Getting the job done is all about connection several of its elements, which, due to their specific nature, cannot be divided as they constitute a whole set of work. The supplied equipment should meet the requirements and be consistent with the requirements described in the SWZ, in particular it should be approved for trading and operation on within the European Union. 1.1.2. 1.1.2. The task includes delivery and start-up with training for three main elements of the task: 1) portable power generator (conduit) 2) trailer (tow truck) as a means of transport for transporting the generator 3) tractor (tractor) as a means of transport for a trailer 1.2. In order to obtain the best possible results when handling the elements described in section 1.1, as well as the proper use of the task for the purposes for which it is intended, detailed technical conditions are described for each of the these elements. 1.3.
