1. The subject of the order is the purchase of unleaded 95 gasoline and diesel oil for commercial vehicles and road equipment in 2025. Nomenclature according to the Zamwie Common Vocabulary (CPV): CPV 09132100-4 unleaded petrolCPV 09134100-8 diesel3. Approximate quantity required during the order period: Circumference Road and Bridge in Dukla: unleaded petrol 95 4,000 liters diesel oil 111,000 liters The minimum quantity of the subject of the order is: unleaded petrol 95 2,000.00 liters diesel oil 50,000.00 liters 4. The scope of liquid fuel supplies will be based on cashless refueling (without using fleet cards) company cars and road equipment owned by the Kronie County according to the Ordering Party's needs.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity and value of the subject of the order.6. If you purchase smaller amounts of fuel than those indicated in section 3 during the term of the contract, the Contractor I am not entitled to any financial or legal claims.7.
