The subject of the order are deliveries made on an ad hoc, non-cash basis refuel into the tanks of the Ordering Party's vehicles and canisters at the Seller's station.2. The recipients of fuel will be: City Hall in Brwinow, City Guard in Brwinow, Volunteer Fire Departments in the Brwinow Commune.3. Fuels must meet the quality requirements specified in PN.4. The seller will issue written confirmation fuel release, which will specify the quantity, type and price of the fuel consumed. This confirmation will constitute information for the ordering party about changes in fuel sales prices. 5. Drivers will receive such confirmation each time they refuel.6. The supplier's fuel station location will be in the distance no more than 5 km from the ordering party's headquarters, including the shortest public road (collision-free access). 7. The Ordering Party does not plan to award additional orders delivery.
