1 A detailed description of the subject of the skew is included in Zakznik No. 1 to SWZ.3. In the positions in which the description of the subject contains the name of the manufacturer, the use of items, which correspond to the same standards and meet the same functional and use task as the items listed in the description. The Ordering Party allows the use of other items given in the description, provided that parameters are not worse than specified in the description. In such a situation, the Ordering Party requires, if it is possible, the relevant document crediting these items. 4.
