Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of a medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle on a 4x4 drive car chassis for the Volunteer Fire Department in Wola Jedliska. The delivered vehicle must: 1) have an approval certificate issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Affairs Internal Affairs and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure public safety or the protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended) and meets the general requirements and detailed requirements for fire vehicles indicated in the above-mentioned Regulation 2) meets the requirements specified in the Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), including requirements regarding emergency vehicles3) has a certificate of approval of the product for use in units fire protection issued by a Polish certification body (certificate valid on the date of collection of the car).
