- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a used medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Dobra Volunteer Fire Department.2. The material scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: a) delivery of a medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive along with rescue and fire-fighting equipment (car pumps and water tank) for Volunteer Fire Department in Dobra, b) delivery together with the order of a set of documents necessary for vehicle registration (in the case of foreign vehicles, the documents must be accompanied by an oath to translate the documents into Polish), c) training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of service the car and equipment that is the subject of the contract. The costs of all materials necessary to conduct the training are borne by the Contractor.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including a list of the minimum required technical and operational parameters and car equipment, is described in the Detailed description of the subject order constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.5.
