1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a used septic tanker intended for collecting liquid waste from septic tanks and sludge from home sewage treatment plants originating from the area City and Commune of Bierutw.2.The scope of the order includes the purchase and delivery of a used septic tanker intended for collecting liquid waste from septic tanks and sludge from domestic sewage treatment plants.3.The detailed scope of the subject of the order is presented in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order. 4. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) sell and deliver to the Ordering Party a vehicle intended for collecting liquid waste from septic tanks and sludge from domestic sewage treatment plants with the parameters and equipment described in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ;2) train designated employees (min. 2 people) in the theoretical and practical operation of the vehicle;3) wrap the vehicle with the logo and inscription placed on the sides of the body according to the template provided by the Ordering Party.5.All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are the minimum requirements, ...
