- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of UTV with trailers and accessories for SGPR 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 1A to this SWZ.3. The contractor is obliged to clearly define the product offered in the offer, characterizing it by indicating a specific product (name, brand, trademark or other features assigned exclusively to this product).4. Warranty and warranty for the vehicle (chassis, body) and equipment min. 24 months. During the warranty period, all service activities indicated in the service and warranty repair books, operation and maintenance manuals or other documents relating to the vehicle, construction elements and equipment, also include the replacement of materials, oils and operating fluids and other elements subject to periodic replacement, will be performed at the expense of Contractors.
