The subject of the order was divided into 19 parts: Part 1 Spherical chamber Part 2 Valves Part 3 Ion and NEG pumps Part 4 Mechanical pumps Part 5 Dust-free vacuum pumps Part 6 Vacuum meters Part 7 Vacuum tubes Part 8 Bellows Part 9 Reductions and adapters Part 10 Fittings Part 11 Chambers and accessories Part 12 Connectors and seals Part 13 Vacuum bushings and windows Part 14 Manual valves Part 15 Manipulators and controllers Part 16 Residual gas analyzer (RGA) Part 17 Components vacuum dedicated for HHG systems.
