Description:
1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a van diagnostic and measuring vehicle ..
101 para. 4 of the Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described in SWZ by means of standards, assessments technical, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, if they allow you to obtain features or parameters not worse than cited.
Pursuant to art. 5 of the Act, a contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party, he is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions to an equivalent extent meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
4) The contracting authority requests the contractor to indicate in the offer, part of the contract, which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the provision of subcontractors by the contractor if they are already known.
