Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of a device for packaging water together with trailers for transport and transport boxes under the subsidy of the Voivode of Lublin from the population protection and civil defense program for 2025-2026, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (specification technical). The subject of the order includes: 1) delivery of a water packaging device with a trailer for transporting it and foil in boxes, along with installation and staff training. 2) staff training in the operation of the water packaging device taking place at the Ordering Party's location. 3) warranty cards product and documents with 3 points. 4 of this contract, the Contractor guarantees that the subject of the order will be brand new, unused, free from physical and legal defects, technically functional, not being post-display equipment and meeting the requirements set out in Annex 1 to this contract (specification technical). The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in: 1) Draft Provisions of the Contract (PPU) - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.2) Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 to the PPU.
