Description:
1) Scope of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the purchase of two automatic packaging machines intended for packaging drinking water with equipment for the Katowice City Hall. The task is related to Civil Protection and Civil Defense (OLiOC). The packing machines are intended for packaging drinking water. in plastic bags. Both packaging machines and bags must be certified by the National Institute of Hygiene for contact with drinking water and be made of materials ensuring microbiological purity throughout the entire process; both water and foil must be subjected to continuous disinfection (UV radiation). Technical specifications: dose size: 0.5-1.0 dm3, efficiency: minimum 1200 bags/h, water pressure: stabilized 2-3 bar, power requirement: 2.7-3.2 kW, water and foil disinfection: UV, possibility of chemical disinfection (solution tank, injector, flow meter), weight: less than 1000 kg / packing machine, functional: unwinding foil from a roll, date stamp allowing for determining the date, production and/or other data, welding, water dosing, closing the bag, water filter.
