Description:
1. The backhoe loader will be delivered to the Ordering Party from the official authorized distributor of construction machines of a given brand in Poland, brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2023, from mass production (not being a prototype), free from physical and legal defects, covered by the manufacturer's warranty. 2. The delivered backhoe loader and accessories must be complete and compatible with each other. The backhoe loader must perform the functions for which it is intended and must be built in accordance with applicable law and the CE declaration of conformity.3. The backhoe loader must be adapted to: a) operation in all seasons of the year and day in atmospheric conditions found in the Polish climatic zone; b) driving on hard and dirt roads, c) outdoor storage.4. The backhoe loader must be ready for operation on the day of delivery and adapted to move independently on public roads.5. The contractor will provide the following documents with the machine: a) CE declaration of conformity; b) operating instructions for the backhoe loader with accessories in paper and electronic versions; cards warranty.
