Description:
1. Order name: Purchase of x86 servers for the needs of the application servers and cyber security.
Purchase and delivery to the location of the Employer of hardware and software, detailed license conditions (subsequent) software (specified by the software manufacturer) together with documents issued by the manufacturer of the software confirming the granting of the software license/sublicenement and granting by the Contractor to the Employer or ensuring the granting of the software license/sub -esparcement for the use of Software;
Ensuring technical support provision;
Performing installation and reference services together with the transfer of proprietary property rights and dependent rights to operating procedures;
Service provision;
Conducting training workshops for employees The Ordering Party, along with the transfer of author's property rights and dependent rights to works in the field of training materials;
Granting by the Contractor for the Employer a quality guarantee for equipment, including supplied software.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions and the rules for the performance of the order (including description and provisions regarding equivalence) are set out in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: "SWZ").
