Description:
The subject of the contract is delivery of 10 (in words: ten) pieces (with the option of a maximum of another 10 items) factory new electric traction units to service the electrified routes together with:
 granting technical instruction in the field of vehicle operation and maintenance to the indicated persons by the contracting authority;
 processing and transfer of technical documentation;
 reducing the license for technical documentation and software;
 provided components and equipment specified in Annex 8 to the contract - "repair package".
 warranty and extended warranty on the vehicles delivered, technical documentation, software and "repair package".
441 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, for subsequent vehicles, but not more than 10 pieces.
The option of the option can be divided into parts until the total pool of vehicles is exhausted under the option of the option.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ and in the attachment to the OPZ and in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
