Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of fuel for commercial vehicles in a cashless sales system. The subject of the order is the successive purchase of fuel for commercial cars, i.e. unleaded gasoline and diesel oil, in a cashless sales system for Pomeranian Voivodeship (Marshal's Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship and Provincial Occupational Medicine Center).2. The order includes cashless purchase of Pb 95 unleaded gasoline and diesel oil at gas stations throughout the country within 12 months from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than December 5, 2025, or until the amount specified in section 3 is exhausted. 5 of the contract template constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, depending on which of these events occurs first. Due to the fact that the quantity ordered supplies depends on the current needs of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, the ordering party stipulates that the number of liters given in the SWZ is an estimate, given in order to correctly determine the maximum value of the order.
