The subject of the order is the delivery of a pick-up, five-seater passenger car for the needs of the Legnica City Hall. The delivered car must be brand new, complete, unused, free from construction, material and workmanship defects. The parameters indicated below should be understood as the minimum parameters that the delivered vehicle must meet. The Contractor may offer, in places indicated by the Ordering Party, a vehicle with higher (better) parameters than those presented in the description.
