Good morning, We invite you to submit offers for the supply of the smartphone Motorola Edge 60 5G 12/256GB (PB7H0018PL). The phone must be brand new and show no signs of use. It must come from a legal source and be purchased in an authorized sales channel manufacturer in Poland and covered by a package of warranty services included in the price of the device and provided by the manufacturer's service network in Poland. We do not accept devices on display. Please do not submit offers for another device model. Offers must be submitted via the Purchasing Platform within the specified deadline. Valuation currency: PLN. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order or signing the Agreement. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure at every stage without giving a reason. The Supplier is not entitled to any claims for invalidation of the procedure. The provisions of the Public Procurement Act do not apply to the procedure. Delivery costs are borne by suppliers.Payment term 30 days.
