Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of IT resources services in the cloud by providing a subscription to a scalable cloud platform enabling the launch and operation (hosting) of the Ordering Party's IT systems and software. Contractor as part of the service provided The services will be provided to the Ordering Party by:
1) 24-hour access to the Service, meeting all the parameters specified in the Description of the subject of the order, throughout the period of its provision specified in § 4 of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), while maintaining the monthly Availability of the Service at not lower than that indicated by the Contractor in the offer form (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ),
2) 24/7 technical support throughout the entire period of Service provision specified in § 4 of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), meeting the conditions specified in the Description of the subject of the order. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with detailed rules for the provision of technical support in electronic form before the start of the Service.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. List of minimum requirements i technical parameters, are set out in Annex No. 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ).
