Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of the service of employing a certifying doctor to determine fitness for military service in 2026 for the needs of the WCR in Puawy and the purchase of the service of contracting a doctor to provide health services in the field of preventive health care for the needs of the 41st Air Training Base in Dblin in 2026. The subject of the order is divided into two independent parts: Task I - Purchase of the service of employing a medical examiner to assess fitness for military service in 2026 for the needs of WCR in Puawy The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, therefore it is understood that the contractor may submit an offer for the full scope of one or two tasks (parts) of the order. Each complete task is part of the order. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of submission offers for all or selected task(s) of the order. Each task (part) of the order will be assessed separately. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject matter of the contract specified in individual tasks will be rejected pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5) Pzp.2 Act.
