Description:
1. The subject of the order is*: 1) Delivery and implementation in the Ordering Party's ICT environment of the SKP Software enabling container vulnerability scanning, hereinafter also referred to as System Development, including: a) implementation of the Technical Design by the Contractor together with the transfer of proprietary rights to the Technical Design and dependent rights, to the extent and under the terms specified in the Agreement; b) delivery to the registered office of the Ordering Party of the SPK Software in the form of granting the Subscription a license to use SPK Software for a period of 12 months; c) providing 12 months of Manufacturer's Technical Support for the SPK Software; d) providing installation and implementation services consisting of installation, configuration, launch and integration delivered SPK Software in an ICT environment with the System used by the Ordering Party - in accordance with the Technical Design approved by the Ordering Party; e) preparation of As-Built Documentation of the installation and implementation services performed and transfer of proprietary rights to the As-Built Documentation and derivative rights; f) carrying out dedicated workshops by the Contractor...
