Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services covering qualified physical protection of people and property of the Silesian Museum in Katowice and convoying in the territory of the Republic of Poland. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") includes Annex 1 to SWZ. In addition, the contractor He is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ.

I. Subject of the contract:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services covering the qualified Physical protection of people and property of the Silesian Museum in Katowice and convoys in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Service of qualified physical protection of persons and property of the Silesian Museum in Katowice and escorting, the contractor will be obliged to provide on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 22 August 1997 "on the protection of persons and property" and based on the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of September 2, 2014 "on the protection of the museum's collections against fire, theft and other danger threatening their destruction or loss."
