- 1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the management of rainwater in the Friendship Park in Kalisz, together with the unsealing of impervious surfaces and the development of park greenery on the basis of the documents specified in point 4.6 of the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as hereinafter referred to as "SWZ" in this announcement).
2. The material scope covered by these proceedings includes construction works related to the management of rainwater in the Friendship Park in Kalisz, together with the unsealing of impervious surfaces and the development of park greenery, including:
1) v area of the entrance square to the park:
a) demolition of existing paved surfaces,
b) construction of stairs, driveways, retaining walls, concrete flower bands,
c) construction of new hardened surfaces permeable to water,
d) planting plants, sowing grass, reclamation of the area after construction works carried out, maintenance cuts of existing trees,
2) in the scope of reconstruction of the existing pond into a hydrophyte pond and construction of a water cascade:
a) construction of a naturalistic water cascade basin,
b) reconstruction of the existing pond into a hydrophyte pond (after pumping it out). water),
c) construction of electrical and water supply installations supplying the cascade with water,
d) planting coastal and water plants, lawn renovation after construction works,
e) filling the rebuilt pond with water,
