Description of the subject of the order:
1.task No. 1 - Delivery of liquid fuels and consumables for vehicles
and service equipment of RDW in Biała Podlaska and O.D. in Janow Podlaski.
The deliveries will consist in:
1) refueling of unleaded 95 gasoline in an amount of up to 2,600.00 l.
2) refueling of oil, drivein the amount of up to 7,800.00 l
3) purchase of consumables directly related to securing the technical efficiency of the car (in particular radiator fluid, windshield washer fluid, light bulbs, ADBLUE fluid, protective gloves, cloths, etc.) - according to needs
2.task No. 2 - Suppliesy liquid fuels and consumables for vehicles and business equipment O.D. in Łukow
The deliveries will consist of:
1) refueling 95 unleaded petrol in an amount of up to 2,400.00 l.
2) refueling diesel oil in an amount of up to 6,200.00 l.
3) purchase of consumables directly related towith protection of the technical condition of the car (in particular radiator fluid, windshield washer fluid, light bulbs, ADBLUE fluid, protective gloves, cloths, etc.) - as needed
3. Delivery conditions:
1) Refueling of vehicles and purchase of consumables - cashless at the gas station Executorcy.
2)The gas station should be located:
-task no. 1 - gas station in Biała Podlaska
-task no. 2 - gas station in Łukow
3)Issuing the driver after each refueling with a document confirming the fact that fuel or materials were collected for the company car operational.
