Description:
The subject of the order are cleaning services for office rooms at the headquarters of the Voivodeship Roads District in Parczew at ul. Wojska Polskiego 21 in 2026 with a usable area (staircase, external stairs and first floor) of 250.0 m2. Activities to be performed as part of the order: 1) Daily: a) Maintenance cleanliness of external stairs; b) Vacuuming carpets with a vacuum cleaner; c) Wet wiping and polishing the surfaces of floors and stairs made of terracotta and panels; d) Taking out garbage, putting new bags in trash bins; e) Wiping dust on desks, window sills, cabinets, shelves, etc. surfaces;f) Washing and disinfection of toilets.2) Once a week:a) Washing tiles in the bathroom, internal and external doors, vacuuming walls.3) Once a quarter, on the date agreed with the Economic and Administrative Section - washing windows.Requirements:1) The contractor undertakes to perform the services carefully, own equipment, using good quality cleaning products.2) All cleaning products (liquids, pastes, brushes, cloths, vacuum cleaner bags, garbage bags, etc.) are provided by the Contractor on its own, at its own expense.3) The Contractor undertakes to saving...
