Description:
The scope of the order includes:
1) Delivery will consist of:
a) refueling PB 95 unleaded petrol in a maximum amount of 6,000 l,
b) refueling diesel oil in a maximum amount of 35,000 l,
c) purchase of consumables directly related to securing technical efficiency car (engine, hydraulic and gear oils, radiator fluid, windshield washer fluid, ADBLUE fluid, lubricants, brake fluid, light bulbs, etc.) - as needed
2)Delivery terms:
a) Cashless refueling of vehicles and purchase of consumables - at the Contractor's gas station.
b) Gas station should be located in Włodawa.
c) After each collection of fuel or consumables for the company car, the driver/operator will confirm their collection with his/her signature on the release document.
d) The Contractor undertakes that the gas station will be available to the Ordering Party 24 hours a day on all business days, as well as on Sundays and holidays as needed.
e) Ensuring that the invoiced price of fuel and prices for other purchased consumables will be consistent with the prices applicable at the Contractor's at the time of purchase, taking into account the offered discount.
3)Exhibiting collective VAT invoices covering the amount due for the purchase of fuels and consumables no more than twice a month.
