2. The contractor will receive remuneration for the actual quantities of the delivered goods.
3. The order must be made in accordance with the description of the subject of the order.
4. The Ordering Party allows deliveries of liquid fuels that meet the requirements according to other than those indicated in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018), and the parameters contained therein must meet at least the requirements specified in the above-mentioned regulation.
139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, will first examine i evaluation of the offers, and then will subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
