- The basic material scope and quantities of works have been specified in the attached prejudice of works, technical project, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, the project of permanent organization of the work movement should be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the attached documentation design. The contractor should submit national declarations of functional properties to built -in materials. All check -ups of works specified in the STWIORB will be carried out at the contractor's expense and submitted to the supervision person for acceptance. The contractor is obliged to: a) the study and approval of the safety and health protection plan as well as the quality assurance program, b) the contractor is obliged to develop a temporary traffic organization project for the time of conducting works together with arrangements and approval by the manager, in accordance with applicable transmission, In the event that the draft traffic organization provided by the Employer for the time of conducting works constituting part of the project documentation will not correspond to the technology of works adopted by the Contractor or when there is a need to perform an additional organization of traffic for construction works. c) maintenance In the purity of public roads, on which the traffic of construction and transporting materials will take place, inventory and review of the zero status of roads intended for transport, and the arrangements with appropriate managers of the method of using agreed roads.
