Description:
The subject of the contract is: RDW Zamość: "Service of the description and cleaning of ditches" Task No. 1; road circuit Biłgoraj Task No. 2; Jozefow Road District Task No. 3; Road circuit Zamość 3. Price of a measurement unit of the execution of 1 km of cleaned ditch, including the side of the road, includes: measuring and measuring works Preparatory, marking of works, descending and cleaning the ditch, cutting, supplementing the roadside with deepening of the ditch and profiling, cutting grass and bushes, abandonment and development of spoil, finishing works, in addition, in the unit price of measurement (km), the contractor of the values of the above services. 4. The Contractor shall secure on its own and at its own expense all necessary materials, means of transport and equipment needed to perform the order. 5. The order should be executed in accordance with the location specified in the bill of quantities and with the requirements specified in the description of the item in a guaranteeing manner proper quality. 6. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe conditions of wheeled and pedestrian traffic, in the area of the work covered by the contract, based on the traffic organization project (for the duration of the works) approved by the manager of the traffic on voivodship roads, transferred by the Ordering Party. a) The Employer reserves the right to control the correctness of marking the services provided in accordance with the traffic organization project. 7.
