Description:
1. The subject of the order is: RDW in Zamość "Winter maintenance services of sidewalks along provincial roads in the winter season 2025/2026" The scope of work includes mechanical and manual snow removal and combating the slipperiness of winter surfaces of sidewalks, bicycle paths, separating islands and shelters for pedestrians along the entire width, using roughening materials (sand), including sections constituting access to pedestrian crossings, contracted by the Provincial Roads District in Zamość, divided into tasks;
2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to introduce intermittent working time and temporary suspension of work due to weather conditions or other important conditions resulting from the needs of the District, without changing the maximum remuneration, under the Task.
3. The Contractor undertakes to perform the contract in accordance with its provisions and that technical specification of the conditions for services related to winter maintenance of sidewalks and bicycle paths, constituting an Annex to the contract, and in a way that guarantees the proper quality of the services provided.
4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to control the quality of services provided by the Contractor, subcontractor/further subcontractor, with the participation of RDW employees in Zamość, 24 hours a day without specifying the time and place of the inspection. The inspection will be carried out randomly with the possible participation of the Contractor's representative indicated in the contract. The lack of the Contractor's representative does not suspend the activities control...
