MESKO S.A. S.A., ul. Ekonomii 8 in Skarżysko - Kamienna. Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to an internal procedure Ordering Party. Detailed the information can be found in the annexes to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer with attachments in the form of document scans, preferably in the form of one file PDF. Before participating in the on-site visit, the Tenderer is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 4). Two hand-signed copies of the agreement should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party. The Company's purchasing platform is adopted as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Offeror. The offer, all correspondence, declarations, applications, notices and other information are submitted by the Ordering Party and the Offeror via the Company's purchasing platform.
