Comprehensive joint property management service, located at ul. Jagiellończyk 10 in Gorzow Wlkp. I.e. an office building with an area of 5824.32 m2 and areas adjacent to the building. The building is founded on plot No. 370 with an area of 6217 m2, for which the VI Department of the BookLand and Mortgage Register of the District Court in Gorzow Wielkopolski keeps the land and mortgage register No. GW1G/00076027/2.
Real estate management service consists in making decisions and performing activities aimed at ensuring rational property management for 7 users of the building.
ItemOrders include, among others,
1) ensuring the service of real estate by a property manager with compulsory civil liability insurance of real estate managers in accordance with art. 186 para. 3 and 4 of the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of2024 item 1145) hereinafter referred to as the "Real Estate Management Act.providing services;
