- 1. The subject of the contract is the valuation of real estate, i.e. the performance of estimates, for the purposes of determining the value of real estate or parts thereof.
Part 1:
30 estimated reports for real estate:
a) built -up or parts thereof (from 1 to 30 buildings, with a total usable area of not greater usable areathan 15,000 m2), including commercial premises with an area of up to 3000 m2,
b) undeveloped or parts thereof, with an area from 0.0012 ha to 25.0000 ha, including valuation of limited property rights on these properties,
c) valuation of garage complexes (from 2 to 250 garages), as well as a valuation of participation on an access roadfor the complex and maneuvering square, or valuation of expenditure (the valuation of each garage should be indicated in the valuation).determining the value of easement, as well as determining the amount of expenditure.
Part 2:
30 estimates determining the value of residential premises to sell. It is necessary to separately determine the value of the premises and participation in the land, as well as the execution of the premises and rooms belonging towith the location of their location on the floor, as well as their signing by a person with appropriate permissions.
