- 1. The subject of the order is the valuation of real estate, i.e. preparation of 30 appraisal reports determining the value of residential premises for the purpose of sale. It is necessary to separately determine the value of the premises and the share in the land, as well as prepare a plan of the premises and adjacent rooms, along with marking their location on the floor, as well as their signing by a person with appropriate authorizations.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of implementation are set out in the annexes to the SWZ: Annex No. 1 - Description of the subject of the order and Annex No. 4 - Draft provisions of the contract.
