Description:
1. The subject of this Agreement is the collection and management of waste with code 20 03 07.
2. The estimated amount of waste for collection and development is 2,340 mg for the duration of the contract.
3. Wastes that are the subject of this Agreement will be collected and then developed at the plants indicated by the Contractor in a manner consistent with the legal provisions in force in this respect and Annex 1 to the Waste Act.
4. Under the subject of the contract, estimated amounts of waste for collection and development are assumed:
Task No. 1 - Z/I Bełchatow - 500 mg,
Task No. 2 - Z/I Bełchatow - 500 mg,
Task No. 3 - Z/I Bełchatow - 500 mg,
Task No. 4 - Z/I Dylow A - 300 mg,
Task No. 5 - Z/I Dylow A - 300 mg,
Task No. 6 - Z/I Gotartow - 240 mg.
Przemysłowa 14 and 16, z/i in Dylow A, commune Pajęczno and Z/I in Gotartow, commune Kluczbork.
6. Due to the amount of waste difficult to predict, the estimated amount specified in para. 4 may change. Therefore, the contracting authority, in the course of the contract, reserves the right to limit this amount by a maximum of 90%. Reduction of the amount waste in this respect will not give birth to any claims on the part of the Contractor in relation to the Employer, in particular for payment of remuneration for an unrealized part of the contract and for payment of compensation in connection with a reduction in the estimated amount.
