- The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste, indicated in the detailed description of the contract, from areas administered by the Aleksandrow Łodź commune, in accordance with:
• provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. On maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (textUniform Dz. U. of 2024, item 399, as amended d.),
• provisions of the Act of December 14, 2012. On waste,
• provisions of the waste management plan for the Łodź Voivodeship for 2019-2025, taking into account 2026-2031, adopted by resolution No. XXXVI/466/21 of 28 September 2021, the Sejmik of the ProvinceŁodź in the right to adopt a waste management plan for the Łodź Voivodeship for 2019-2025, taking into account 2026-2031 with attachments (Journal of Laws of the Łodź Voivodeship of 2017, item 3160)
• provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Aleksandrow Łodzki (ResolutionXXXII/226/20 of November 26, 2020 of the City Council in Aleksandrow Łodzki regarding the adoption of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Aleksandrow Łodzki - Dz. Office Łodź Voivodeship from 2020 item 6909 with changes).
