Description:
The subject of the contract is the receipt and development of the municipal waste indicated in the description of the property from the property located in the commune of Cielądz, where the inhabitants live, there are summer houses and other properties used for recreational and recreation purposes only for a part of the year, and from all places indicated by the Employer intended for public use, in a way that ensures that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re -use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste submissive biodegradations transferred to storage, in accordance with the legal provisions in force during the performance of the contract, with the proviso that the Contractor charges the risk of changing the law in this respect.
