2.The compost was produced in the process of biological processing of green waste and other selectively collected biodegradable waste, fraction below 20 mm.
3. Waste has no properties and ingredients that can make it dangerous.
4. The amount of waste to be collected and developedIn the part constituting the basic order (guaranteed) is 10,000 mg.
5. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of options, in an amount of 10,000 mg (increasing the amount of waste, in relation to the basic order, to collect and develop by a max. 10,000 mg).
6. Waste with code 19 05 03- a compost that does not confirm the requirements, produced in the waste composting process, must be developed in the recovery process, in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), excluding processes R1, R2, R13.
7. Waste collection will take place witharea of ββthe "Stary Las" municipal waste utilization plant, Stary Las 9.
8. The contractor is obliged to collect the waste on an ongoing basis, continuously.
9. The reception will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at its cost.
