Description: The subject of the contract is the implementation of a service consisting in the reception of municipal waste from property owners resident located in the Dębno commune and their development in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (ie Journal of Laws of 2020 . Pos. 1439 with later zm.), Implementing Regulations to the abovementioned Act and applicable during the implementation period by a resolution on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Dębno commune.
