Description: The subject of the order is the service of receipt and management of municipal waste from the area of the Jedlina-Zdrój commune. The contract concerns reception and to manage municipal waste from property owners and from the selective collection of municipal waste collection (PSZOK), in particular in a manner enabling appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste. A detailed description of the subject of the order was set out in Annex No. 1 to SWZ. Other terms regarding the execution of the contract are set out in Annex 9 to SWZ - draft contract. The deadline for the implementation of the subject is referred to the date of conclusion of the contract, subject to a reservation that the collection of waste from real estate and their development will be carried out for a period of 12 months not earlier than 1 May 2022
