1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Skarżysko - Kamienna commune from the owners of real estate where the residents live.
2. The service of the service includes in particular:

2.1.1. united (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) accumulated in containers and bags for collecting mixed municipal waste,
2.1.2. Municipal resources collected selectively by:
2.1.2.1. Artificial (20 01 39) and plastic packaging (15 01 02), metals (20 01 40) and metal packaging (15 01 04), mixed packaging waste (15 01 06), collected in containers or bags,
2.1.2.2.papier and cardboard (20 01 01), packaging of paper and cardboard (15 01 01) collected in containers or bags,
2.1.2.3.zkło (20 01 02) and packaging from glass (15 01 07) collected in containers or bags,
