- The subject of the contract includes four tasks described in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract covering the following services:
1) Task 1 - The service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which residents liveand from the owners of real estate, on which there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and recreation purposes, used only for a part of the year from the Wieruszow commune and equipment at the contractor's expense (during the period of the contract) of allproperty owners in waste containers in accordance with Resolution No. XIV/86/2015 of the City Council in Wieruszow of 28 August 2015 on the adoption of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Wieruszow (Journal of Laws of the ΕodΕΊ Voivodeship of 2015, item 3737, of 2019, item 4453, 5608,, 5608,6204, from 2021 item 1986) (Annex 19 to SWZ) and maintaining these containers in an adequate sanitary, order and technical condition;
2) Task 2 - service consisting in the conduct and service of a selective municipal waste collection point on the property intended for this purpose by this purposeOrdering Party and the collection and management of municipal waste collected in it;
3) Task 3 - collection of large -size waste from households, to the extent specified in task 1;
