- 1. The subject of the contract is the service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited property located in the Gorlice commune, collected by them in accordance with the provisions of the regulations of maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune Gorlice and the organization of a stationary selective municipal waste collection point in Gorlice and providing it with waste intake services and their development. Services in the field of collecting and taking municipal waste and their development will be provided to the owners real estate inhabited and uninhabited from the Gorlice commune - in accordance with the resolution of the Gorlice Commune Council on a detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners from the Gorlice commune and the development of these waste, in exchange for property owners paid by property owners.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract and requirements for the Contractor is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract ("OPZ") together with the following attachments to it:
Annex 1 - List of supported residential buildings;
Annex 2 - list of supported commercial outlets, companies, institutions and other facilities;
Annex 3 - list of locations of supported containers owned by the Ordering Party;
Annex 4 - a list of roads where waste will be collected;
