Description:
1. Name given to the order by the Ordering Party: "Receipt and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Bielsk commune"

4. Subject of the contract:
The subject of the contract is reception and Management of municipal waste from owners of real estate inhabited in the Bielsk commune and collected at a stationary point of selective municipal waste collection, implementation:
a) in a period of up to 12 months calculated from the date of signing the contract
b) in an amount planned to 2,500 mg,
c) to maximum value resulting from the offer and contract.
5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract taking into account all requirements of the Ordering Party is specified in Annex 2 to SWZ, which will also constitute Annex 2 to the contract.
6. Detailed conditions of the contract are included in contract template, constituting Annex 12 to SWZ
Deadline for the contract:
1. Order processing - up to 12 months:
a) the date of commencement of order processing - not earlier than from 01.01.2026.
b) the deadline for completing the order - 31.12.2026 In the latter Collection of municipal waste (from residents and from PSZOK) until 15.2026
