Description: 4.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the receipt and management of municipal waste from property owners on which residents live in the Commune of Nowy Kawęczyn,
4.2. Reasoning the development of the Municipal Waste collected from the area of municipal waste, the Contractor is obliged to manage the collected municipal waste in a manner consistent with the hierarchy of waste proceedings referred to in art. 17 of the Act of December 14, 2012. About waste (Dz.U.Z 2021R, item 779 pose) and in accordance with the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Lodz Region.
4.3. The Contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in a way that ensures adequate levels of municipal waste recovery taking into account the recovery levels indicated in the applicable law.
