Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the service entitled Receipt and management of municipal waste from real estate owners, where residents and uninhabited real estate owned by the Czernichow commune live.
2. Meeting is divided into two tasks (parts):
1) task No. 1: Receipt and management of municipal waste from owners located in the commune of Czernichow real estate, where residents live (including real estate, which partly constitutes real estate where residents live) and from the selective collection point Municipal waste (PSZOK);
2) Task No. 2: Receipt and management of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate owned by the Czernichow commune.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 8 to SWZ.
4. The amount of municipal waste has been made throughout the entire implementation period Orders is:
1) for task No. 1:
a) Group I: 3 122.976 mg
b) Group II: 879.048 mg,
c) Group III: 1 354.09 mg,
d) Group IV: 1 089.032 mg,
e) Group V: 1.0 mg.
2) for task No. 2:
a) group I: 50.0 mg,
b) Group II: 3.0 mg,
c) Group III: 2.0 mg,
d) Group IV: 2.0 mg,
e) Group V: 0.6 mg.
5. that it provides for the award of the contracts referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the PZP. The maximum value of these orders is up to 30% of the value of the basic order for each task.
