On January 3, 2022 to December 31, 2023, a detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ.
The estimated quantities of municipal waste indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZZ are calculated on the basis of data for 2020 and partly 2021 with the relevant consideration of the period of which the order applies and the forecasted change in the amount of waste. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste provided. The Contractor is obliged in such a situation to manage a smaller or more waste of a given type at a unit price indicated in the offer without the right to claims for damages on this account.
