The subject of the contract is: "The collection and management of municipal waste from residential owners, recreation and leisure properties
from the Zielonki commune, as well as from 2 points of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK)municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from owners of inhabited real estate, recreation and recreation properties from the Zielonki commune, in a way that ensures relevant recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods in accordance withthe provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, as amended) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Zielonki (Resolution No. XXIII/135/2020 of the Zielonki Commune Council of 17 December 2020)
