Krtk. Description of the subject of the order: 4.1. The subject of the decision is a relying rely on the reception and management of municipal waste coming from real estate, on which live residents and from real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, located in the commune of Skomlin, in the period of 12 months from 01.01.2022 and equipped with containers or waste bags, according to the arrangement with the ordering party. The indicative ILO municipal waste, which the contractor provides for receiving during the delivery period, is approx. 850 mg., 4.2. The aforementioned experience should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of: a) of the Act of 13 Boiling of 1996 on the maintenance of cleaning and dust in the municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) ,, b) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 797, as amended) ,, c) Waste management plan for the voivodeship for the years 2019-2025, taking into account the years 2026-2031 According to a resolution No. XXXVI / 466/21 of the Sejm of the province on 28 September 2021, (d) the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and the Independence of 10 May 2021 on a detailed method of selective collection ...
