Description: 1. The subject of the contract includes a successful reception and management of waste in the recovery or recycling process in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2012. About waste (T. Journal of Laws from 2021, item 779) biodegradable waste on code 20 02 01.
2. The manner and place of development of received waste must comply with the applicable legal provisions, and in particular with the requirements of the abovementioned. Law on waste and its implementing regulations.
3. Wastes of code 20 02 01 (biodegradable waste) will come from selective collection from property owners and from streets and parks.
4. Receipt of waste with code 20 02 01 will take place from the Municipal Enterprise Waste Management SP. from O.O. In Sosnowiec from Monday to Friday, from 6.00 to 14.00, transport of the contractor and at its expense.
